2017 Intelligent Ironman Creativity Contest

I am delighted to invite your high school students to participate in the 13th Annual International Intelligent Ironman Creativity Contest from August 5 – 9, 2017!  For the 13th consecutive year, the Taiwan Ministry of Education is proud to invite foreign teams to compete in this wonderful educational competition.  We hope that Utah State will be able to join us to celebrate fun, knowledge and learning through participation in this English language Game. 

The goal of the Intelligent Ironman Creativity Contest is for students to demonstrate ability and knowledge while having fun.  The contest uses RPG gaming technology and hands-on activities to challenge students to creatively employ the valuable knowledge they have learned to win fabulous prizes.  In addition, we can offer foreign team organizational assistance to prepare for the contest and financial assistance during the contest.  Please kindly forward the enclosed information about the contest to your district consultants and have them encourage their school children to participate. 
Prizes include NT $150,000 (approx. $4,600 USD) for the winning team, NT $80,000 (approx. $2,500 USD) for second place, NT $50,000 (approx. $1,500 USD) for third place, as well as other generous prizes for awards such as ‘best task tackler,” etc.
