Travel Tips
Packing for your Trip
On my first international travel experience to Japan I learned this lesson the hard way. I wanted to be prepared for anything, including with resources. (I brought an extra bag just of books and other materials). I know what you're thinking, but I did. Luckily it worked out and you can check two bags when traveling to Asia. After 5 international travel programs to 11 different countries, I can now travel with only a carry-on for trips 3 weeks or more.
No one really notices or cares if you were the same outfit more than once, it's really okay. If it bothers you, then bring a few mix & match pieces. If our high school probability & statistics class taught us anything, it's that there are infant outfit combinations that can be made through a few carefully selected pieces. |

Bringing the correct adapter can mean the difference in charging or ruining your electronics. (I've done both)
This Adapter is the best one I've found that has worked for me from the Arctic to Hong Kong. It is great on space and is the most efficient adapter that I have found: American Tourister all-in-one International adapter with USB |

A safety pin is a simple way to add a layer of safety to your belongings. When you have ANY bag with a zipper you can safety pin the zipper closed to add an additional layer of protection for your belongings.
